Helen has an extensive background in contemporary dance and spent many years performing and touring professionally. She has been working in rehabilitation since moving the USA from The U.K. Helen loves to work with patients of all ages but particularly enjoys
helping the senior population and getting performing artists back on stage.

Shandeen enjoys working out, shopping, going to the movies, playing sports , dancing and trying anything new and challenging. She also loves learning more about Central Florida and exploring the new city she calls home.
