How to prevent or treat MSD
Musculoskeletal pain can be acute and short term or chronic and of long duration. It may be widespread or localized. It can create a feeling of achiness, fatigue, stiffness, and even sleep disturbances. Causative factors can be from everyday wear and tear or direct trauma. Some influences of MSD are age, occupation, activity levels, family history, and lifestyle. To prevent or help MSD create healthy life habits, exercise regularly to promote well balanced strengthening and stretching. Maintain good posture and mechanics with daily activities. If left untreated MSD can be debilitating!
