How it works:
The Tabata Method is the method we use here at Hohman Rehab. It consists of 20-seconds of a high intensity workout followed by 10-seconds of rest repeated 8 times.
Example: 20 seconds of burpees, rest 10 seconds, 20 seconds of body squats, rest 10 seconds, 20 seconds of lunge jumps, rest 10 seconds, 20 second sprints, rest 10 seconds. Repeat.
