Amy Armstrong
Community Coordinator
I am a dedicated Community Relations and Business Development professional with 22 years of experience, and for the past decade, I have been an advocate for the homeless and underprivileged in Central Florida. One of my proudest accomplishments has been playing a key role in securing funding for Central Florida’s first mobile hygiene unit, which has been serving the homeless population since 2020.
Born and raised in Northeast Ohio to Italian-Lithuanian immigrant parents, I am a first-generation American. I attended school in Ohio before moving to Central Florida in 2004. Having spent most of my adult life here, Florida truly feels like home.
I am also the proud mother of three incredible children. I live each day with the goal of making a positive impact, whether in my professional endeavors or personal life, and take pride in helping to improve the lives of others.

What Amy loves about the job
One of my favorite parts of my job is going out into the community to share what makes Hohman Rehab stand out from other physical therapy organizations. I truly enjoy building connections with physician offices, getting to know their needs, and exploring how we can work together to provide the best care for our patients. It’s incredibly rewarding to create these partnerships and make a positive impact in the community.
What Amy loves about Hohman Rehab
Everyone is kind, gentle and very caring. There is a common denominator to genuinely strive to help people feel their best.
