Cesar grew up in the Winter Garden and Clermont area and attended West Orange High School. He later studied Intercultural Studies at Olivet Nazarene University in Illinois.
He brings extensive experience in the healthcare field, including seven years in medical administration and ten years working as a Rehabilitation Technician and Spanish interpreter. His background has given him valuable experience supporting both patients and clinical teams in a variety of healthcare settings.
Outside of work, Cesar enjoys sports, staying active, and spending time outdoors.
