Syd Timmes
Physical Therapy Assistant
Syd was born in Queens, New York, and moved to Florida at a young age. She attended Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2022 and a Master of Science in Health Science in 2024. During her undergraduate years, Syd was also a member of the women’s soccer team for four years.
She later attended Herzing University, where she earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2025.
Her background in exercise science, health science, athletics, and physical therapy has helped shape her passion for movement, rehabilitation, and helping patients work toward their goals.
